Kyle Leyenberger

Kyle Leyenberger joined DLRP in 2022 as Director of Marketing and Communications and within a couple of years, was promoted to Deputy Director. He guided public engagement during the Downtown Master Plan process and led efforts to elevate local businesses and increase event participation. Kyle has completed the prestigious International Downtown Association Emerging Leader Fellowship Program, further equipping him with national best practices in place management and urban revitalization.

Leyenberger will continue to promote the Downtown Little Rock Master Plan and help to guide progress with the city’s implementation committee, including the development of the 30 Crossing greenspace into a flagship park.

A former broadcast journalist, Leyenberger spent seven years at nonprofits focused on advocacy at the state Capitol before joining DLRP in 2022. Kyle lives with his wife and son in the SoMa neighborhood and enjoys living in and promoting downtown Little Rock.
