Chellie Longstreth
Director of Events
Chellie Longstreth came to Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) via Cozumel in the summer of 2012. In Mexico she owned and operated a successful scuba diving and tourism company for 22 years, frequently spotlighted in high-visibility publications like Fodor’s, Cruising magazine, Us News and World Report, and Discovery Channel’s Top Five Latin America.
During her years of service at DLRP, she has worked as Events Director, managing and growing DLRP’s numerous events, including the award- winning Downtown Food Truck Festival. She also served on the Arkansas Festivals and Events Association Board of Directors and Executive Committee. In 2020, she was one of 30 professionals from US, Canada, and the United Kingdom to be selected for an Emerging Leaders Fellowship with the International Downtown Association.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family exploring the great AR outdoors and taking photos. She lives in the Salem community with her husband, Dale, and two daughters, Isabella, and Sophia.
