Yes, service is fast, but their production is not. Everything served is made from scratch; dumplings, noodles and steamed buns are handmade in house every day. Even the chips are sliced and fried daily, and, to ensure your dining experience is a fresh one, their herbs are hand washed and hand chopped. Simply put, the only things served here that are not made in house are the beer, wine and fountain sodas.
