What Is the Creative Corridor Mini-Grant Program?

The Creative Corridor Mini-Grant Program is a Downtown Little Rock Partnership initiative with support from Main Street Arkansas and the Department of Arkansas Heritage designed to help local businesses and property owners invest in their spaces while contributing to a more vibrant and welcoming downtown.

Through matching grants of up to $5,000, the program provides financial assistance for eligible exterior improvements, including storefront signage, painting, lighting, and community activation projects.

Available to qualifying properties along Main Street, Louisiana Street, and Scott Street, between 9th Street and President Clinton Avenue, the program encourages businesses to take an active role in downtown revitalization.

By supporting improvements to individual properties, we’re helping strengthen the Creative Corridor, enhance the pedestrian experience, and create a more attractive environment for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
