Last year, we embarked on a research project with the International Downtown Association, as they've done with over 35 other cities across North America. Our goal: to learn the benchmarks of success for downtowns and identify where our great city stands. Today, we're excited to share the results with you, our neighbors and friends of Downtown Little Rock Partnership. The report emphasizes the importance of downtown Little Rock, demonstrates its unique return on investment, and will serve as a valuable tool to inform future decision making.
