In spring the River Market Pavilion spills over with fresh vegetables at the Farmer’s Market, summer brings outdoor dining and fireworks at the river, fall offers arts and crafts (and even more vegetables), then winter serves up holiday shopping and celebration. Around the World Thursday: Scotland at Forty Two

The evening will include an authentic Egyptian dinner and a mystery that will surely throw you for a loop. Join Lady Middleton and her archeologist husband who helped discover the lost treasures of Egypt. Be part of this exotic night of mystery!

Phantom of the Pharaoh – Valentine's Day Special

World of the Pharaohs: Treasures of Egypt Revealed
September 25, 2009 - July 5, 2010

World of the Pharaohs: Treasures of Egypt Revealed explores the long-vanished world of ancient Egypt. This Egyptian exhibition is the first ever held in Arkansas. More than 200 magnificent objects, including mummies, a majestic colossus of Ramses the Great, Egyptian art, jewelry, statues, sculptures, and funerary artifacts, tell the story of not just how the Egyptians died, but how they lived!

Pharaoh Matinees
Tuesday - Friday from 1 – 4 p.m., all tickets to World of the Pharaohs are $14 each, and children under 5 are free. During the Pharaoh Matinees, visitors can browse through the Pharaoh Shop, tour galleries and dine at Best Impressions Restaurant, open 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

World of the Pharaohs: Treasures of Egypt Revealed is presented by the Arkansas Arts Center in cooperation with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, which is recognized as having one of the world’s finest collections of Egyptian artifacts.
