This 2nd Annual pop-up style street shopping holiday festival will include existing River Market District retailers as well as local artisans and other small business purveyors who will set up shop
in the parking spaces along two blocks of President Clinton Avenue for a day of shopping and holiday fun. The Downtown Little Rock Partnership will operate a beer, wine and mimosa tent.
