Join us for second annual Halloween-themed Alley Party!

This free party will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00 next to Central Arkansas Library System's main campus. Presented by Central Arkansas Library System and Ernie Biggs Little Rock, the fun will feature live music from Ernie Biggs, wine, and craft beer from Rebel Kettle Brewing Co., and nitro coffee from Nexus Coffee & Creative!
